Jeff Webster assumed the role of President and CEO on December 1, 2023, and has since demonstrated remarkable initiative and leadership. With a robust background in both the private and public sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise in economic development and public policy to his position. Webster’s impressive career spans over 35 years in the business world, showcasing his commitment to growth and prosperity for our region, making him the ideal candidate to lead the Greater Chamber and its initiatives.

Before his current role, Webster served as Vice President of Business Development at Jacobs. His diverse professional experience includes significant positions at AECOM, Dallas Cowboys Football, Forbes Magazine, and United Healthcare. These roles have equipped him with a broad perspective and a comprehensive understanding of various industries, enhancing his ability to drive the Chamber's mission forward.

In addition to his extensive business acumen, Webster is deeply engaged in local politics and community service. He served two terms as City Council District 10 representative and has been an active Greater San Antonio Chamber member for many years. Most recently, he chaired the Chamber’s Public Policy Committee in 2023, reflecting his dedication to public service and his commitment to advocating for policies that benefit the community.
